Happy day of rest! Remember even God rested on the seventh day after creating heaven and earth, haha I wonder how he enjoyed his day?
Here is a practical rule for Sunday’s ~ don’t do anything that feels like work unless you absolutely have to and claim your day to be restful and restoring. Prayer, worship and family time are always a good idea too 💛 have a blessed restful day everyone ✨☀️
Alignment with Gods heart leads to clarity not confusion, it means not following the crowds but honouring what the word of God says. It’s not the popular world view, however It’s better to swim against the current and slowly get to the destination instead of allowing the current to lead us astray. ~ love means sharing truth.
💛Happiest Father’s Day to my super cool, devoted husband and father, there is nothing you wouldn’t do for us and today we just want to say how much you sincerely mean to us. God only knows what you’ve been through so to see you embrace fatherhood so well has been a true miracle and a blessing to witness. We love you so much!!!
I pray everyone has a beautiful blessed day filled with enormous JOY!!!💛
Choose the right path dear. 🕊 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” ~ 🕊 Matthew 7:13-14
Actively search for him. “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” ~ Matthew 7:7 “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” ~ Jeremiah 29:13 💛✨ “I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me.” ~ Proverbs 8:17 🕊
Everything the Bible has predicted has come to pass, this book teaches us about the root of all sin, and how it lives in each of our hearts, and how by continuing to follow our own ways ~ we have chosen to be distant from God, not the other way around. Sin leads us to spiritual and physical death, and separates us <<<< from God. 😔
The Bible was written over the span of 1,500 years and was written by more than 40 authors within that time frame, all weaving the past, present and future events. WOW 😯
The Bible was breathed out by God to tell us his story and his love for all of us, and also make us wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. For all 💛cultures and all generations. It holds hard truths that will surely sting but will set you FREE from bondage. If you allow Jesus into your heart. ~~ “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” John 3:17 ~~ ^ ^ Read that again ^ ^
That’s how much he loves us! Friends in reality we ALL fall short of the Glory of God, he already knows every little detail about us, he knows every mistake and every transgression, yet he still loves us dearly and is waiting for YOU to choose him.
Begin your journey today and open up the book created for you specifically, let him speak to you, through his words. ~Not sure where to start? I would say start with the book of John or any of the Gospels, which are... along with the book of John; Matthew, Mark and Luke. ~ Genesis is really wonderful too as it explains our origins. Another thing I would highly suggest is joining a bible study group, there are so many out there and the beauty of a group is that you all learn together. *The KJV version is really the best but I find the ESV a bit easier to read and understand.
I share this with the outmost respect and purest love for you. If your feeling overwhelmed by anything please don’t hesitate to DM me and I will be happy to pray for you. Love you all and God bless you.🌸
We are all looking at the world differently today. As a whole we have witnessed evil in it’s purist form, it broke our hearts, it hurt us so deeply to actually have witnessed a life being taken like it was. This week my heart was heavy, processing it all was taxing, but what I see is a shift in our culture and the hope of true healing.
Healing decades worth of suffering won’t happen so easily in fact I believe it won’t truly with our own efforts (without God), we’ll just end up going in a vicious cycle all over again.
So let’s do something different!!!! ~~~~ 🌼 Let’s allow God to heal all of our wounds, through his son Jesus. Let’s equip << ourselves with the truth found only in the word of God. 📖
During isolation, God connected with each of us in some level, did you feel it? Can you see his goodness? His goodness is in our children’s eyes, in the beautiful shades of brown in which he created us in, his goodness is in the beautiful sky’s do you see the clouds? they are magnificent. 🤍We are blessed with gorgeous landscapes here in B.C. We can see that everything didn’t just come from nothing. ~ God uses his creation to speak to us, have you noticed? don’t even get me started on the birds, have you heard them? they’ve been working overtime lately. 🤍🕊 Let’s pause and be grateful to God, for allowing us to see clearly now.
Lord today I’m grateful for the healing and restoration that is taking place in each of our hearts. But more importantly I’m grateful your word. I encourage you, whoever you are to get in the word. It’s important you know what happens next. ~~~ “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”~ John 1:1~~~
Surrendering was probably the most scariest thing I could have ever have imagined before I knew Jesus, I was afraid of letting go of my earthly desires letting go of my need to control everything. I always thought I needed to keep things under control, but boy was I wrong. One day I found myself deeply unable to control the changes around me.
As I’m sure this is what many of you feel right now. I’m so sorry your here I know it hurts, but there is good news. ~When we go through deep suffering, that’s when we break and let me tell you, that break is necessary and beautiful for it’s only then that we realize we can’t do it alone. That’s when, all we can do is turn to God. Once we surrender our lives to God, he saves us, forgives us, loves us beyond anything we could ever imagine, he heals, he provides, and he shapes us into who we were meant to be.
The change won’t happen over night, you will need to trust him daily and look inward. ~~ “But now, O LORD, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand.” ~ Isaiah 64:8
Surrendering is saying goodbye to what is dead, to what isn’t working. You have everything to gain and nothing to loose when choosing Jesus as your lord and personal saviour. Be open to it, consider it deeply. “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.” ~ James 4:10 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” ~ Matthew 11:28
